My name is Yvonne—though most know me as Vonnie, a nickname given to me years ago by my best friend’s young daughter. What began as a simple childhood moment has since become the heart behind Vonnie’s Concierge Services.

The inspiration for my work came from her grandparents. While assisting them with organizing important documents for their accountant, I witnessed how overwhelming everyday administrative responsibilities can become—particularly when balancing traditional paperwork with today’s digital demands.

That understanding became even more personal after my father passed in early 2020. During that time, I supported my mother in navigating online banking and bill payments, helping her regain confidence and maintain her independence. It was a powerful reminder that behind every task is a person who simply wants to feel capable, secure, and supported.

With a professional background in executive administration, I bring a high level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail to every client relationship.
